Energy efficient Server Cabinet for Data Center
The elements that allows organizing the physical separation of air flow in the first place is the server cabinet. Impact on the quality of the cabinet air is often underestimated by many. Consider the problem solved by the cabinet:

Some features of the server cabinet. The cabinet is designed to meet the requirements of heat exchange:

- Sealed cabinet body;
- Separation of hot and cold zones secured cabinet design;
- The unique cabinet door perforation (air permeability - not less that 82%);
- Space for placement of SCS, electricity distributors do not restrict the flow of air;
- Adjustable depth of the cabinet (in the specification shown the maximum depth).
- In consequence of the above described features, a case can accommodate energy-loaded equipment with a power density of up to 25 kW per rack;
Cabinet is detachable. The cabinet is supplied unassembled. Cabinet assembly can be carried out independently for 30 minutes. For assembly use only one installation tool supplied with the cabinet.
The volume of space occupied in the transport container is 2 times lower than the standard cabinet with a welded frame. This feature provides the following benefits:
Reduce the cost of transportation. For example, compare two cases of the same size in mm.: 600х1200х2200. Suppose we decided to buy 20 cabinets. For the transport of nondemountable cabinets of this size (without packaging) we need a truck with a capacity of about 32 cubic meters body. For transportation of the same amount of unassembled cabinets we need 16 cubic meters in volume, which corresponds to the possibility of a more modest transport. The difference in the cost of delivery will be the amount of about 0,3 USD every kilometer of the way, but not less than 30 USD - the difference in the cost of cars shift work.
Most relevant example is when you get one or two racks. Transportation dismountable racks available in a minivan, often already in the fleet. For transportation of a nonseparable cabinet you will need a minimum of a truck, as most manufacturers prohibit the transportation in the "lying down", and height of the rack limits the applicability of light commercial vehicles. In this case, the cost difference can make a several tens USD for each cabinet.
Reducing storage costs. It is not always possible to install all the cabinets at the same time, so it is often a question of storage equipment. No matter where you stored on our own warehouse, or rented - the need for the amount of equipment stored in two times less than in the case of nonseparable cabinet.
